In 2018, I began blending my own chai spice mix, as a way to build my children's immune systems. Other blends were too spicy or contained caffeine, so I designed a smooth dessert like blend that my whole family could enjoy and reap the health benefits of chai.
After gaining popularity in the Tweed Valley region, I have expanded my ranges to include hot chocolate and specialist teas, with a strong focus on quality local organic products.
